Casey Wrobel

PT, DPT
Physical Therapist

I grew up locally in Clarks Summit & graduated from Abington Heights in 2014. I attended Ithaca College for both my undergraduate and graduate degrees, finishing PT school in 2020 with a double minor in nutrition & sports psychology. I still live in Clarks Summit & enjoy working in the community I was raised in.

I have a certification in IASTM with Hawkgrips and like to incorporate that treatment when appropriate. I recently finished a travel physical therapy contract in North Carolina & am excited to return back to Body Dynamic, which is where I have worked since I graduated.

Core Values

I have a really good understanding that life is short & think that we should try to take advantage of anything & everything life has to offer. I feel it’s important to remain positive and try to encourage others. Staying active & being able to do what I love is very important to me & is at the core of all the decisions I make.

“May the flowers remind us why the rain was so necessary”

Patient education is very important to me, I always try to make sure I explain what I’m noticing during evaluations, the anatomy that’s involved in the treatment, and the goals of all the exercises & activities we do during treatment. I think people often times stop doing things they love because of pain & it’s always my goal to help them understand their pain & get them to return to their hobbies & promote an active lifestyle.

I love working with post-op patients & athletes returning from an injury. I think my background in sports psychology can help me better understand the emotional & psychological impact an injury can have on someone who relies on their physical capabilities for work/sport. I just love that this branch of healthcare includes the patient’s participation & can make a huge difference with a change in their activity!

I love the one-on-one attention we are able to provide here. I love building great relationships with my patients & I believe that’s a large part of why my patients get better & maintain their improvements even after discharge. Body Dynamic is a place you can feel comfortable & know that the people around you are invested in seeing you get better.

Patient Testimonials

Body Dynamics is an excellent place for physical therapy and rehab after joint replacement. I have worked with Casey, who is very helpful and informative. She knew in great detail what I should expect following my hip replacement surgery. She taught me how to do stairs, ramps, enter and exit a car and use a walker. She also taught me strengthening exercises prior to my surgery. She has alleviated my of my anxiety prior to my surgery next week. I also LOVE the Pilates reformers used in this practice. Casey got me started with using the reformer and I have also worked with Mark, who has a very thorough knowledge of Pilates. The best part of working with Body Dynamic is that your therapist works one-on-one with you for your entire session. You are not just one of a group of patients for your hour-long session. I would highly recommend this practice! – Marge

My wife has been receiving physical therapy from Casey and her expertise, professionalism, and personal and compassionate care are incomparable. Although I have been observing from the sidelines, I can appreciate the difference between this PT practice and others, since I had been a patient elsewhere. Casey has taught us the concepts and the details and accompanied us through the process. For every problem, she offers practical solutions. What a gift! – John

This place is top notch. The physical therapists are very knowledgeable and work with you 1 on 1. I love the pilates equipment they have. I have been working with Casey and she is fabulous! I highly recommend this place to others. – Pam
