Private Reformer Classes

Experience a hour long, one-on-one reformer session customized to your needs and abilities with the private, direct attention of an instructor.

Duet & Trio Reformer Classes

Designed for two or three individuals with similar ability levels, our small group classes maintain the motivation of a group setting.

Group Reformer Classes

Small group sessions for up to four participants range from thirty minutes to an hour and are tailored to meet different levels and goals.
