What is Physical Therapy? Intensive Education + Clinical Expertise

Physical therapists apply research and proven techniques to help people get back in motion. All physical therapists are required to receive either a baccalaureate, masters or clinical doctorate from an accredited physical therapist program before taking the national licensure examination that allows them to practice. State licensure is required in each state in which a physical therapist practices. They are trusted health care professionals with extensive clinical experience who examine, diagnose, and then prevent or treat conditions that limit the body’s ability to move and function in daily life.Physical therapists  are your partners throughout your journey to restoring and maintaining motion so that you can function at your personal best.

Physical therapy at Body Dynamic is a personalized approach to rehabilitation.

Beginning with a thorough evaluation and skilled assessment, each client’s unique course of treatment is determined. The pursuit of quality, hands-on care always dictates this course of treatment. Emphasis of treatment is on therapeutic soft tissue and joint work, restoring function, health and well being. Private treatment rooms and a spacious Pilates equipment studio provide the ideal setting for achieving your rehabilitation goals.

We set the highest standard of care with each treatment session being at least 60 minutes of one-on-one manual and/or exercise therapy with a licensed physical therapist. Body Dynamic employs only experienced manual therapists that are highly skilled in treating orthopedic, neurologic and cardiovascular diagnosis. Therapists are also trained in Pilates for rehabilitation.
