Julie Tinkelman, Physical Therapist & Certified Rehabilitative Pilates Practitioner, PMA ® – CPT, Breast Cancer Exercise Specialist, Pink Ribbon Program Instructor, Oncology Rehabilitation Specialist – PORi ™, Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner

Born & raised in Southern California, Julie received her Bachelors of Science degree in Physical Therapy, with honors, from Mount St. Mary’s University in Los Angeles in 1993. She owned a successful P.T. practice in Los Angeles prior to moving to Clarks Summit 14 years ago. She was excited to bring Body Dynamic into the Clarks Summit community in January 2009. Julie received her comprehensive Pilates training and certification through Polestar Pilates, is a PMA certified Pilates instructor and has been utilizing the Pilates method as part of the rehabilitation process for patients since 2000. While Julie has benefited from working in a variety of physical therapy settings throughout the last 20 years, she has found a passion working with oncology patients throughout treatment and into survivorship.

Ariana Brutico, Physical Therapist

Ariana graduated from Abington Heights High School in 1998, after which she attended Russell Sage College in Troy, NY. In 2003, she graduated from Russell Sage College/Sage Graduate College with a combined Bachelors/Masters Degree in Physical Therapy. Upon graduation, Ariana headed West to Seattle, WA, where she lived and worked as a PT for five years before returning home to Northeast PA. She has practiced in a number of settings including acute and home care, inpatient rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and outpatient. Ariana thoroughly enjoys spending one-on-one time with patients at Body Dynamic to provide hands-on treatment and Pilates-based exercise.

Donna Sokolowski, Physical Therapist

A native of Scranton, Donna earned her degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Scranton, in 1985. She has practiced in a variety of settings including acute care, transitional care, long term care and home health. For the past 24 years, her main focus has been on outpatient services, treating a variety of conditions including orthopedic, post surgical, joint replacement, neurological, balance and vestibular, chronic pain as well as work, trauma and sports related injuries. Donna is excited to be a part of the Body Dynamic team where she can provide one on one, quality care and develop individualized exercise programs and provide instruction in injury prevention.

Joan E. Kuzma, Physical Therapist Assistant, Certified Pilates Instructor, Oncology Rehabilitation Specialist – PORi ™, Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner

Joan E. received her Associates Degree in Applied Physical Therapy in 1990 from Northern Virginia Community College in Annandale Virginia. She was comprehensively trained in Pilates with Body Arts and Science International. Joan E has worked in outpatient, skilled nursing and rehabilitation settings. She has a passion for health & wellness and is a consultant with Isagenix. She resides in Shavertown, Pa.

Amy Arcangelo Begley, Yoga Instructor, Certified Pilates Instructor

Amy earned her Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood/ Elementary Education from Bloomsburg University. While teaching elementary school Amy found another passion in yoga. She has been practicing yoga since 1999 and has practiced under Kino MacGregor, Michael Lear and locally Nicole Scavo-Powell. Amy began teaching yoga in 2010 and enjoys being a part of the Body Dynamic team. Most recently, Amy underwent comprehensive Pilates training through Body Arts and Science International.
